Independent India.
Procedure Make a well-documented project on any of the Fundamental
Rights given to us by our Constitution. You can include the
following tasks in proper sequence.
Historical background
Incorporation of Fundamental Rights
A brief write-up on the six Fundamental Rights
Instance of violation of the Fundamental Rights.
Relevant photographs and newspaper clippings
The project must begins by including the following:-
Cover page with name, roll no and academic year
Acknowledgement (giving credit to those who
helped you in this project)
Content sheets (6 - 8 A4 size)
All the tasks mentioned and photographs
Conclusion
Bibliography
Criteria / Rubrics for assessment Presentation - 3 Marks ; Content - 4 Marks ;
Punctuality - 3 marks
Values imparted through the
Activities
To make the students aware about these rights
that guard against the arbitrary and absolute
exercise of power by the Indian state.
Follow up Discussion on the importance of Fundamental Rights.
How can we make the backward sections and the
people living below poverty line aware about these
rights in order to make them meaningful?
