 to find out the historical background of the
Constitution
 to understand meaning of Preamble and to find out
which Fundamental Rights goes with which features
of the Preamble.
 to know the importance of Fundamental Rights that
protect citizens against the misuse of state power in
Independent India.
Procedure Make a well-documented project on any of the Fundamental
Rights given to us by our Constitution. You can include the
following tasks in proper sequence.
 Historical background
 Incorporation of Fundamental Rights
 A brief write-up on the six Fundamental Rights
 Instance of violation of the Fundamental Rights.
 Relevant photographs and newspaper clippings
The project must begins by including the following:-
 Cover page with name, roll no and academic year
 Acknowledgement (giving credit to those who
helped you in this project)
 Content sheets (6 - 8 A4 size)
 All the tasks mentioned and photographs
 Conclusion
 Bibliography
